the location was great for exploring the city center.

The noise level was unacceptable. Doors slammed loudly early in the morning and the staff spoke loudly in the corridors. sleep was difficult. i was not informed about this beforehand and the staff didn't seem to care...

The location is excellent. It is close to Bute park and the castle. The room included a hairdryer and iron. I found the bedroom spacious with A comfortable bed.

The staff are lovely and the hotel is clean. the location is excellent. It is so convenient. i liked that our room was ready early, so we could go straight in.

The radiator in our room did not work, but an oil heater had been provided. it did the job well. it was a bit inconvenient.
